Lavinia is our longest serving employee and hopefully that will be a record she will hold for a time to come. As our Office Manager, she makes a lot of things happen at Lighthouse Drinks.
Carlos Rodriguez
Carlos runs our operation at Little Island on the edge of Cork city and when he is not running the show, he can be found somewhere at 4AM watching the Philadelphia Eagles!
